These terms govern your access to the POSORA platform, retail showroom visits, purchase orders, warranties, and after-sales service commitments.
Welcome to POSORA (referred to herein as "we", "us", or "our"), operated as a Convenience Store & Electronics Showroom with flagship premises in Mirpur-6, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
By browsing our website, placing an order, or conducting an in-store transaction at our showroom, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions along with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Return Policy.
Placing an item in your digital cart does not constitute a reservation. An order contract is formalized only after POSORA issues an Order Confirmation via SMS or phone call.
To prevent fraud and duplicate orders, high-value consumer electronics orders (> 15,000 BDT) or addresses outside standard courier delivery zones may require telephonic confirmation before parcel dispatch.
POSORA reserves the right to cancel any order due to inventory stock-outs, unexpected pricing errors on the website, or failure of identity verification. Any advance payment made for cancelled orders will be refunded 100% within 24–48 hours.
All product prices are quoted in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). We reserve the right to revise catalog prices to reflect global electronics import duties and currency fluctuations without prior notice.
Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery by the courier partner or upon in-person handover at our Mirpur-6 Showroom.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
